Alex Rizk is the Chief Executive Officer and founding principal of Pro Hospitality Group. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Alex leads the firm's hotel investment, ownership, advisory, receivership and financing platforms across the United States.

With more than two decades of hands-on hotel ownership and operating experience, Alex brings an owner-operator's perspective to every engagement. He has overseen the acquisition, repositioning and disposition of branded and independent hotels nationwide, and routinely advises owners, lenders and investors on complex hospitality transactions.

Christopher Rapacz is a Senior Associate with Pro Hospitality Group, specializing in hotel acquisitions, ownership and investment advisory. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chris brings a unique combination of operational expertise and real estate knowledge to every engagement.

Having worked in hospitality from front-line roles through management, ownership, and investment, Chris understands the industry from an owner's perspective. His firsthand experience allows him to help hotel owners, investors, and operators navigate complex transactions while identifying opportunities to maximize value and achieve their investment goals.

In addition to his hospitality background, Chris has extensive experience in real estate investment, asset management, and digital marketing — disciplines he draws on to refine hold/sell analyses, surface value-creation opportunities and elevate the positioning of every asset he touches.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Northern Arizona University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2020. He combines his passion for hospitality, real estate, and relationship-building to help clients achieve successful outcomes in the hotel investment market.

Morgan Fawcett is a Senior Associate with Pro Hospitality Group, bringing a fresh and driven approach to hotel acquisitions, ownership and investment advisory. With four years combining senior analyst and hospitality real estate experience, Morgan has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in the hotel investment market.

Morgan's background combines analytical rigor with a competitive mindset shaped by his academic foundation in sports and human performance. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine, where he developed a deep understanding of discipline, strategy, and team dynamics — qualities he now applies to every client engagement and transaction.

His hands-on experience in market analysis, underwriting, and deal negotiation allows him to guide hotel owners and investors through every stage of an acquisition, disposition or advisory engagement.
